Partner Program Commission Policy

Commission Rules

• •One-Time Commission: Commissions are generated only on a user's first subscription.
• •No Commission on Upgrades/Renewals: Any upgrades, renewals, or plan changes do not generate new commissions.
• •One Commission Per User: Each new user can only generate one commission in their lifetime.
• •Coupons & Discounts: Users can always apply coupons for discounts. However, coupon usage after the first subscription does not generate additional commission.

How the Program Works (Examples)

1. 1.First Subscription via Partner → User gets a discount + partner earns commission.
2. 2.Later Subscriptions with Coupons → User gets discount + no commission.
3. 3.Non-partner Coupons → User gets discount + no commission (normal case).

Payouts & Withdrawals

• •Minimum Payout: $100 balance required before requesting withdrawal.
• •Timeline: Payments are processed within 15 business days after the request.
• •Currency: Payouts are made in USD by default. Local currency may be used if available.
• •Process: Once eligible, you will receive an email from us to provide your bank details.
• •Payment Method: International bank transfers only.
• •Bank Fees: Any transfer fees are the partner's responsibility (not covered by us).

Tracking & Transparency

• •Commissions are automatically tracked by our system.
• •Partners can view their earnings and new user activity anytime through their dashboard.

Refund & Chargeback Policy

• •If a subscription is refunded or charged back, the related commission will be cancelled or deducted from the partner's balance.
• •Only completed and cleared payments are eligible for commission.

Eligibility

• •The Partner Program is currently by invitation only.
• •Only approved partners are eligible to participate and receive commissions.

Territory & Availability

• •The Partner Program is available worldwide.
• •All payments and participation are subject to applicable local laws and banking regulations.

Fraud Prevention

• •Any attempt to misuse the program (e.g., referring yourself, fake accounts, or suspicious activity) will result in commission cancellation.
• •We reserve the right to review and decline commissions if fraudulent behavior is detected.
